Whiplash

2 Signs That You May Have Whiplash from A Car Wreck

1- Neck, Shoulder and/ or Upper Back Pain
Normally patients do not feel that much pain right after the accident, emotions are high and natural endorphins mask the pain. Usually it takes 3 to 4 days to fully recognize the extent of the deep tissue bruising and tendon sprains. If you notice that your neck is not turning the way that it should or that your upper back and shoulder are not working right then you might have whiplash. You might have gotten whiplash if you have pains in your neck, shoulder, collar bone or upper back.

2- Dizziness or Light Headedness
Other common injuries of an auto accident whiplash may be dizziness and light headedness. These feelings occur because of mild traumatic brain “bruising” Accidents as slow a 5 MPH can cause the brain to impact the inside of the skull causing a fog or memory lapse. The other cause of dizziness and brain fog come from bone’s and ligaments being stretched out of place. Your entire body might be affected by one little bone being misaligned. Nerve tissue becomes irritated and cause parts of your body to react in the wrong way.

I have personally taken care of thousand's of whiplash cases, the combnation of Chiropractic, and Physical therapy are necessary in full recovery.
